Summer’s the perfect excuse for a planner refresh, and these three printable planner sticker kits make it easy — whether you’re drawn to strawberry season, tropical beach days, or a softer lavender self-care theme. All three are digital downloads, ready to print at home and stick straight into your Hobonichi.
Here’s a closer look at each one.
A Summer Elsewhere — Tropical Beach Stickers for Hobonichi Cousin
Palm trees, watermelon treats, and carefree beach days — A Summer Elsewhere brings tropical summer straight into your weekly spreads. It’s sized for the Hobonichi Cousin, with two coordinating sticker sheets covering icons, headers, and decorative strips.
Each sheet measures 166mm × 118mm, pre-formatted to print on A4 or US Letter at home. You’ll get print-ready PDF files plus transparent PNGs, so it also works beautifully with digital planning apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Noteshelf if you plan on an iPad.
Summer Weekly Planner Kit, Tropical Beach Printable Stickers A5
Try pairing the palm tree icons as your weekly headers, and saving the watermelon stickers to mark weekend plans or days off — they’re bright enough to catch your eye at a glance when you’re flicking through the week. The decorative strips work well as a border down the side of a spread too, if you want the tropical theme to carry through without covering every inch of the page.
La Vie en Lavande — Lavender Self-Care Stickers for Hobonichi Cousin
For something a little softer, La Vie en Lavande is a monthly planner sticker kit built around soft purple hues, lavender illustrations, and a handful of cute mascot-style icons. It includes decorative boxes, checklist strips, a mini calendar box, and functional labels — everything you need to style a full monthly spread.
Like A Summer Elsewhere, it’s sized for Hobonichi Cousin and comes as a printable PDF and PNG download, ready to print and use right away.

This one works particularly well for tracking a slower, more intentional kind of month — use the checklist strips for an evening wind-down routine, or the mini calendar box as a simple at-a-glance overview alongside your main spread. The mascot-style icons are sized for small details like mood trackers or habit tick-boxes, so they’re easy to dot around the page without it feeling crowded.

All three of these kits started the same way — as a few sketches that turned into a full sheet of stickers we genuinely wanted to use ourselves. None of them need a particular planner brand to work either; if you’re using a notebook rather than a Hobonichi specifically, the sizing still translates fine, you’ll just be arranging things a little more freely on the page.

What size are these printable sticker kits? A Summer Elsewhere and La Vie en Lavande are both sized for Hobonichi Cousin (A5). Eton Mess is sized for the narrower Hobonichi Weeks format. All three print on standard A4 or US Letter paper.
Do I need a Hobonichi planner to use them? No — while they’re sized to fit Hobonichi layouts perfectly, the stickers work just as well in any A5 or similar notebook or planner.
How do I download my printable stickers? Eton Mess is free — just pop your email into the form on the blog post and your download link arrives by email. A Summer Elsewhere and La Vie en Lavande are available to purchase and download instantly from our Etsy shop.
What’s included in each download? Every kit includes print-ready PDF files with cutting guidelines, plus transparent PNG files for each sheet. The PNGs are what make these kits work in digital planning apps like GoodNotes or Notability, if you’d rather plan on a tablet than print at home.
